Established in 1965, we comprise of 5 Subdivisions and are part of the Village of Green Trails Community.  The Village of Green Trails is the entire community and handles maintenance of all the common grounds. 

Ladue Trails maintain the grass, mulch beds, trees, and shrubs on the 28 islands in our community and provide electricity to 14 streetlights. We also maintain the 2 subdivision signs located at the corner of Ladue and Cross Trails, and Ladue and Seabrook Drive. We hire the City and Village to provide accounting of billing and collecting Ladue Trails annual assessment. 

At Ladue Trails HOA, we are dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our neighborhood for everyone who calls it home. Our HOA oversees teh care and maintenance of 28 landscaped islands and 14 streetlights throughout the community, helping keep Ladue Trails attractive, welcoming, and well maintained. We take pride in preserving the character of our neighborhood and protecting the beauty and value of our community for years to come.
